Ashiatsu (or "back walking") is the deepest broad stroke massage ever! The therapist uses one or both (freshly scrubbed and soft) feet to glide deeply into muscles and fascia, increasing or reducing pressure to suit you. Ideal for large muscular people who do physical work, gym, intense sports like rugby or anyone who just loves the deepest pressure massage.

Hot stone massage is famously luxurious and relaxing. A combination of traditional hand massage and hot stones on all your tired muscles will just melt your stress away! Full body with some deeper work on your problem spots. Includes hands, feet, neck and scalp with a hot towel to finish.
